1. What if the bar code goes bad by child? (T26,T28,T29,A6,A8,A9)
----Go to the selling spot of our company to ask the shop assistant to stick the new bar.
2. My child has participated in after-class English training,if it could continue using your products to study? (T26,T28,T29,A6,A8,A9)
----Only if you had the source of voice of your textbook.e.g. (tape,VCD...)No matter what is Chinese, English or other languages, we can make CD for you and stick bar code on it, which you can contact with our local agents.
3. Why is there no red light of my light pen? (T26,A6)
----Make sure your plug insert the right socket, and contact our sales agent if it still have no red light.
4. Why is there no voice while playing CD? (T26,A6)
----Make sure the earphone socket has connected the earphone or what is connected,if please take it off and adjust volume bigger.
5. Why is the light pen send out the noise of "ticking"? (T28,T29,A8,A9)
----Need to change battery.
6. Why is there no response while scanning the bar code? (T28,T29,A8,A9)
----Make sure it is successful to scan first. If it is successful, it need check the code again.
7. What is it successful to check the code? (T28,T29)
----When the red light is on, yellow light and green light is off, press STOP key until the yellow light glitters. Then scan the special bar code on the ninth page of instruction book in 6 seconds. It is successful if the green and yellow and red light glittered together. No need to check the code while starting the machine again. (Attention: please don't scan the special bar code if it wasn't for this)
8. What is it successful to check the code? (A8,A9)
----Press ID key, then you will see "Id:_ _ _ _" on your screen, then scan the special bar code on page 9 of instruction book in 10 seconds. It is successful if "Id:End" appeared on your screen. No need to check the code while starting the machine again.
